Nominations are Now Open for the 2027 Subaru Shining Star Award

The Subaru Shining Star Award celebrates six retail team members who bring the Subaru Love Promise to life for their customers and team members every day.

Award recipients will be selected from retailers across the country and recognized on stage at the 2027 Subaru National Business Conference.

New for 2027 Award Period: 

Nominations are now open year-round for the 2027 award year, with submissions accepted from April 16, 2026 through April 15, 2027.

  • Nominations are accepted year-round throughout the 2027 award cycle
  • Each nominator may submit one retail team member per month.
  • Multiple nominations from the same retailer are welcome when submitted by different nominators.
